Waltrovka

Waltrovka in Prague’s Jinonice, a former aviation engine factory spanning 169,000 sq. m, underwent transformation into a contemporary city district by Penta. The phased mixed-use development integrates residential, office, retail, and recreational zones. In the residential segment, Rezidence Waltrovka comprises 640 apartments and 54 family houses across three stages. The third stage, finished in July 2020, introduced Townhouses, featuring family terraced homes and a premium apartment complex. Beyond residences, the development encompasses a 2-hectare park, green spaces, central square, playgrounds, and fitness areas. Various shops and services enhance civic amenities, coupled with excellent transport links to the city center, ring road, and the airport.
