Green Village is divided into five construction phases, featuring family and apartment buildings, along with ample public and semi-public spaces like street extensions, niches, and courtyards. Intimate shared areas between structures enhance community interaction. Peripheral regions consist mostly of family homes, while the central area prioritizes residential buildings. The initial construction phase will include 21 houses near the square. A spacious village square at the entrance serves as a social hub, connecting with the old settlement Tvoršovice. Features like a lake, playground, shops, and gazebo bridge the old and new elements. The architecture emphasizes simplicity and functionality, appealing to nature-loving, active residents. Each family home in Zone I is designed as a variation of a terraced house, with three units surrounding a common entrance area that transitions between public and private spaces. Private terraces and parking complete the design.
